چکیده
Abstract Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effect of swimming training (T) on renal system and body composition parameters in young animals treated with a high sucrose diet (SUD) during 12 weeks. Results The SUD impaired physical performance, increased adiposity index (BAI), Lee (LI) retroperitoneal adipose tissue (RAT) weight, plasma creatinine number cells nuclei, decreased urinary volume excretion besides clearance. T reversed BAI, LI, RAT creatinine, clearance nuclei addition promoting decrease protein excretion. found that eight weeks protected function restored normal glomerular filtration rate (GFR) values. Swimming also contributed prevention onset inflammatory process caused risk development obesity promoted by decreasing (BAI, weight).

Alveolar wound healing in rats fed on high sucrose diet.
The potential for bone repair is influenced by various biochemical, biomechanical, hormonal, and pathological mechanisms and factors such as diet and its components, all of which govern the behavior and function of the cells responsible for forming new bone. Several authors suggest that a high sucrose diet could change the calcium balance and bone composition in animals, altering hard tissue mi...
متن کاملThe Effect of Aerobic Exercise and Capsaicin on the Gene Expression of Pancreaticpdx1 and GLUT2 in Rats Fed High-Fat Diet
Background: Evidence has suggested that high-fat diet (HFD) promote hyperinsulinemia and pancreatic islet dysfunction with insulin resistance in adipose tissue. The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of aerobic exercise and capsaicin on the gene expression of pancreaticPdx1 and GLUT2 in Rats HFD. Methods: this experimental study, 40 male Wistar rats were fed a normal diet (ND, ...
متن کاملEndothelial and vascular dysfunctions and insulin resistance in rats fed a high-fat, high-sucrose diet.
This study was designed to examine the effects of a high-fat, high-sucrose (HFHS) diet on vascular and metabolic actions of insulin. Male rats were randomized to receive an HFHS or regular chow diet for 4 wk. In a first series of experiments, the rats had pulsed Doppler flow probes and intravascular catheters implanted to measure blood pressure, heart rate, and regional blood flows. Insulin sen...
متن کاملAntihypertensive effect of quercetin in rats fed with a high-fat high-sucrose diet.
The effects of different levels of quercetin on the blood pressure were studied in 6-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats. The rats were fed with a control diet or a high-fat high-sucrose (HFS) diet containing 0, 0.02, 0.07, 0.2, or 0.5% quercetin for 4 weeks. The systolic blood pressure and the lipid peroxides in the plasma were both higher in the rats fed with the HFS diet without quercetin than...
متن کاملChronic effects of aerobic exercise on gene expression of LOX-1 receptor in the heart of rats fed with high fat diet
Objective(s):Lectin-like low density lipoprotein receptor (LOX-1) has pivot role in vascular complications, which is upregulated in numerous pathological conditions. Since exercise has beneficial effects in prevention of hyperlipidemic complications, present study examined protective effects of aerobic exercise through reduction of LOX-1 expression in heart during dyslipidemia. Materials and M...
